RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS (DERECHO DE RETRACTO)

Pursuant to Article 81 of Dominican Law No. 358-05, consumers purchasing goods or services remotely have a statutory Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Retracto).

Timeline: You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within eight (8) calendar days counted from the date of delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract, without penalty and without stating a reason.
Execution: To exercise this right, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions: This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, perishable products, unsealed digital software, or services that have already been fully executed with your consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the National District (Distrito Nacional), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
